French “bubbles”.

Freshly baked bread, with a delightful selection of home-made dips & condiments

Entrée
Summer seafood salad with prawn, crabmeat, prawn, mango, combined with a creamy seafood sauce.

(Presented and carved by the Head Chef with as much as you can eat and then some more!!)
Christmas Sugar, Mustard & Fruit glazed ham off the bone
Whole roasted traditional style turkey with a lemon, chestnut and cranberry stuffing
Baked salmon, filled with prawns and a wasabi cream cheese mouse
Accompanied with all of your favorite Christmas condiments
Oven-roasted baby potatoes with fresh garden mint,
A Selection of fresh seasonal root vegetables and fresh peas,
Hawke’s Bay fresh asparagus with a lemon hollandaise sauce,
A warm sweet-corn and poppy-seed salad,
A Christmas tossed salad with mesclun, capsicum, nuts and cherry tomatoes.
